Exchanges
If items you have purchased do not meet your expectations, including items that are defective, damaged, you can request an exchange or refund within 14 days from the date of receiving products by emailing us: chippitwins.service@gmail.com

- Please allow 3-10 business days for the refund to post to your original form of payment.

 

Returns

To be eligible for a return, please confirm the following:

- The items to be returned remain unused, undamaged, unwashed and in the original packaging with the original label.

- You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

- Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

- If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

- You can request a return by contacting us at chippitwins.service@gmail.com. After receiving the return, you will receive a refund to the customer's account. The shipping costs will be billed to the customer at most once (including returns).

  

Cancellation

You can cancel your order before your item is shipped. Please contact us at chippitwins.service@gmail.com if you want to cancel your order.

 

Note

We do not accept claims for damages for shipping later than 14 days after receiving the products.
